Official Rules
The rules available below are the official World Pool-Billiard Association (WPA) / Billiard Congress of America (BCA) rules, last updated on January, 2008. Rules for other pocket billiards games, official equipment specifications, and other pool and billiards rules and regulations, can be found on the BCA web site.
